Julie Shefchik, MA, AT, operates from a holistic perspective and believes that every client deserves a collaborative wellness journey tailored to their unique needs. Her areas of specialty include art therapy, mindfulness, and positively focused talk therapy. She enjoys helping her clients create fulfilling and intentional lives, while leaving behind the negative beliefs that no longer serve them. As a strength-based therapist, Julie believes in harnessing and building upon the positive aspects of each client, with the goals of personal empowerment and overcoming current challenges. Julie enjoys working with young adults, adolescents, and school-aged children.
Lauren enjoys working with adults of all ages providing therapeutic support to caregivers, persons living with chronic and/or serious illnesses, persons coping with grief/loss, and individuals/families with relational and family dynamics issues/conflict.
