Donna Martin-Wallace, LPCC, LADC, ADCR-MN, believes our present struggles are constructed of the building blocks of our past; and that which affects our minds and influences our bodies and spirits. An Adlerian clinician, Donna works from a depth psychology perspective on the roots of distressing thought and behavior patterns. Her encouraging style moves clients towards wholeness, while addressing their presenting symptoms.
I originally came into addiction counseling through yoga therapy, and then on to psychotherapy. As an LADC, I worked in chemical dependency treatment, where I facilitated a lot of men’s groups. Now as a psychotherapist as well as an addiction counselor, I mainly counsel individual adults. I believe the path to wellness is embracing change on the way to healing, and growth.
