Cody Reinke, MSW, LGSW, utilizes a blended person-centered approach and specializes in trauma, male depression, anger issues, anxiety, co-occurring, and adjustment disorders. Cody applies a strengths-based perspective in session and uses systems theory to help educate the client on how the ‘system’ we are currently living in is creating mental and internal strain which is disconnecting us from our authentic self. Cody uses a blended style of modalities that help the individual get in touch with their physical body, change the relationship to their thoughts, and help them heal the wounds that have resulted from life. An ideal client is one willing to do the work and open to seeing that life can be different. We often have learned to suppress our best ‘parts’ and I believe that the path to growth and healing is one that is too important to continue to keep putting off. Cody is currently accepting clients aged 15 + in-person at the Burnsville location and via telehealth.
