Camille Weas, MA, LPCC, LADC, believes that thoughts and behaviors hold us back from living the life we truly desire. Her sensitive and supportive approach focuses on helping individuals explore, discover and restore their emotional wellbeing: helping them reconnect to their purpose, improve their resiliency to face challenges and to live the life they imagined.
Camille’s therapeutic approach supports the development of the whole person, while incorporating principles of humanistic and existential theories focused on individual strengths, free will, positive potential, and a desire to create a meaningful and purposeful life. With an overarching lens of trauma-informed therapeutic approaches, Camille helps individuals reach their full potential by applying principles from contextual-behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and skills-based therapies to bring healing and hope to individuals affected by complex and developmental trauma, as well as life transitions. She believes in the importance of a holistic approach to healing and will provide referrals for complementary services to meet individual needs. Camille has experience in the treatment of complex and developmental trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, dissociative disorders, and disordered eating behaviors.

Personal Blurb: In my spare time, I can be found practicing yoga and other mindfulness-based practices, as well as outdoor activities such as running, cycling, Alpine and Nordic skiing. A mountain of books lines my bookshelves and desktop waiting to be read and an abundant supply of yarn lays ready to be crafted into the latest hand-knit masterpiece.
